Dear Princess of God, your appearance may be something you have always loved, or something you have struggled with for some time.

Either way, remembering that the way you look is how Jesus made you, will help you to accept and love yourself more.
In He & I, Jesus tells Gabrielle Bossis, “love your appearance. I gave it to you.”
St. Catherine of Siena writes, “What is it you want to change? Your hair, your face, your body? Why? For God is in love with all those things and he might weep when they are gone.”
When you look in the mirror, dear Princess of God look not at what you would like to adjust or fix or make somehow better, but thank God and thank Jesus for the masterpiece that He made you. You are beautiful.

14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. Psalm 139:14
